Soltis Investment Advisors is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow our presence in Tampa. You will execute growth strategies, convert opportunities into client relationships, and complete Fidelity solutions certification while leading a local team.

The role requires travel to onboarding offices and to client meetings, with a compensation model featuring base salary plus uncapped commissions. Strong presentation and client service skills are essential.

Competenze

• Series 65 registration.
• Two to three years in financial services.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close business.
• Willingness to travel and engage with local market.
