Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors in South Florida is seeking an energetic Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow the firm's presence in expansion markets. You will lead local growth strategies, convert opportunities into lasting client relationships, and collaborate with a team to craft customized portfolios.

Responsibilities include hosting client events, guiding complex financial planning, and mentoring a junior Analyst and Client Relationship Manager. CFP preferred and travel is expected.

• Strong presentational and sales skills with exceptional client service attributes.
• Demonstrated success in building client relationships, identifying needs and closing business.
• Resilience and self-direction with drive to meet growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth strategies funded by the firm and supported by training programs.
• Convert opportunities into funded, lasting client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and represent Soltis to Fidelity branches.
• Host six client/prospect events annually with firm-provided support.
• Maintain strong client retention through responsive service and periodic portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with wealth management team to develop customized portfolios.
• Develop local centers of influence and mentor a junior Analyst.
