Soltis Investment Advisors, located in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a results-driven Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow the firm's presence in the market.

You will convert opportunities into lasting client relationships, complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification, and host client events throughout the year. You will lead a small local team, collaborate on customized portfolios, develop centers of influence, and travel for onboarding and periodic visits.

Qualifications

• Series 65 registration is required.
• 2–3 years in financial services.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close business.
• Willingness to travel and participate in onboarding at corporate offices.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and presentation skills.
• Established local market presence with community ties.

Responsibilities

• Execute four growth strategies funded by the firm in your market.
• Convert opportunities into funded, lasting client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification.
• Host at least six client events per year with firm support.
• Maintain client retention via regular portfolio reviews and responsive service.
• Guide clients through complex financial planning needs.
• Develop customized portfolios and build centers of influence locally.
• Lead a local Analyst and Client Relationship Manager, mentoring the Analyst.
