Job summary
Soltis Investment Advisors is seeking an energetic Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow the firm’s presence in expansion markets. You will lead a small local team and collaborate with the wealth management group to design customized portfolios including stocks, bonds, ETFs, and alternatives.
The role includes hosting client events, cultivating relationships, and delivering proactive, high-touch service.
Qualifications
- Two to three years in the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to build and close client relationships.
- Resilience, self-direction, and growth-driven mindset.
- Established local market ties and professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Execute four growth strategies in your market, funded by the firm.
- Convert firm-supplied opportunities into durable client relationships.
- Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and represent Soltis to Fidelity branches.
- Host at least six client or prospect events annually with firm-backed support.
- Maintain high client retention through responsive service and regular portfolio reviews.
- Guide clients through complex financial planning needs and develop customized investment portfolios.
