Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors seeks an energetic Wealth Management Advisor to establish Soltis in a new market. You will execute growth strategies funded by the firm, convert opportunities into client relationships, and lead a small local team while traveling for onboarding and client events.

The role requires 2–3 years in financial services, strong client engagement, and CFP preferred. Competitive base salary with variable compensation incentivizes high performance.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close business.
• Able to travel for onboarding in St. George, UT and periodic visits.

Responsibilities

• Execute four firm-funded growth strategies in your market.
• Convert opportunities into lasting client relationships.
• Certify in Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions and represent Soltis to Fidelity branches.
• Host at least six client/prospect events annually with firm support.
• Maintain strong retention through responsive service and regular portfolio reviews.
• Guide clients through complex financial planning needs.
• Develop customized investment portfolios with the wealth management team.
• Develop local centers of influence and mentors to junior staff.
• Lead and mentor your Analyst and Client Relationship Manager.
