Soltis Investment Advisors seeks a Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow its presence in a new market. You will execute growth strategies funded by the firm and convert opportunities into lasting client relationships while leading a small local team.

The role requires Series 65, 2–3 years in financial services, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel including onboarding in St. George, Utah, with ongoing visits.

Qualificações

• Series 65 registration.
• 2–3 years in financial services.
• Demonstrated success building client relationships and closing business.
• Willingness to travel; established local market ties and professional relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute four growth strategies in your market, funded by the firm.
• Convert opportunities into lasting client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification.
• Host at least six client and prospect events each year with firm support.
• Maintain strong client retention through regular portfolio reviews and responsive service.
• Develop customized investment portfolios including stocks, bonds, ETFs, structured notes, and alternatives.
• Develop centers of influence locally (accountants, attorneys, referral sources).
• Lead your local team of an Analyst and a Client Relationship Manager, mentoring the Analyst.
