Soltis Investment Advisors is seeking an energetic Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow the firm’s presence in the New York market. You will execute growth strategies, convert opportunities into lasting client relationships, and deliver tailored investment solutions.

This fee-only firm provides training, strong leadership, and firm-backed lead flow. You will host client events, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with the wealth management team to build portfolios and expand

Formación

• Two to three years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in building client relationships, identifying needs, and closing business.
• Willingness to travel, including onboarding at corporate offices in St. George, Utah, and periodic visits thereafter.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial solutions, with effective presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, professionalism and work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Execute on four growth strategies in your market, funded by the firm and supported by training programs.
• Convert opportunities into funded, lasting client relationships.
• Host a minimum of six client and prospect events each year with firm support.
• Maintain strong client retention through responsive service and regular portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with the wealth management team to develop customized investment portfolios.
