Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors is seeking an energetic Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow our presence in expansion markets. You will execute growth strategies, convert opportunities into lasting client relationships, and lead a local team of an Analyst and a Client Relationship Manager.

Qualifications

• Series 65 registration required.
• 2–3 years experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close business.
• Willingness to travel for onboarding and visits.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow presence in expansion markets with firm-backed strategies.
• Convert opportunities into lasting client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and represent Soltis to Fidelity branches.
• Host at least six client events annually with firm support.
• Deliver responsive service and conduct regular portfolio reviews.
• Guide clients through complex financial planning needs.
• Develop customized portfolios including stocks, bonds, ETFs and alternatives.
• Lead local Analyst and Client Relationship Manager, mentoring the Analyst.
