Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program is seeking candidates to become Financial Advisors. You will work with high-net-worth individuals to assess goals, develop relationships, and deliver comprehensive financial plans.

You’ll be mentored by Merrill Advisor teams to grow a practice and build portfolio revenue. Requirements include licenses, at least one year in financial services or sales, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; financial services or sales experience preferred.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to influence and close deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team collaboration and client service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Positions the capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America.
• Collects client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts as appropriate.
• Provides investment recommendations tailored to clients’ objectives, resources, and risk tolerance.
• Documents client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
