Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program to become Financial Advisors. You will work with high-net-worth clients, identify needs, develop relationships, and deliver comprehensive recommendations while being mentored by Merrill Advisor Teams.

You’ll build a book of business, source clients, and collaborate with banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial goals through a defined development path and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63 & 65 in lieu of 66
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with targets
• Experience in investments industry and knowledge of investment products and services

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offering
• Positions Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients
• Collects client profile data following KYC to open accounts
• Provides investment recommendations aligned with client objectives and timelines
• Documents client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce accurately
