Soltis Investment Advisors is expanding its Wealth Management Advisor presence in St. Louis, MO. You will develop relationships, host events, and collaborate with a team to deliver tailored investment solutions.

The role requires Series 65, 2–3 years in financial services, travel for onboarding and client meetings, and a proven track record of growth. Competitive compensation and a broad benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Series 65 registration is required.
• Demonstrated success in building client relationships and closing business.
• Resilience, self-direction, and drive to meet growth targets.
• Established in the local market with community and professional ties.

Responsibilities

• Execute four growth strategies funded by the firm and supported by training.
• Convert opportunities into lasting client relationships and conduct portfolio reviews.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and represent Soltis to Fidelity branches.
• Host at least six client/prospect events per year with firm-provided support.
• Lead and mentor a local team including an Analyst and a Client Relationship Manager.
• Develop investment portfolios with various assets and build centers of influence locally.
