Bank of America is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program Client Associate to support Financial Advisors and grow into a Merrill Financial Advisor role. You will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) within 120 days and help deliver tailored solutions to clients.

You will progress through progressive roles within the Advisor Development Program, building a client base, coordinating with internal partners, and ultimately transitioning to a Merrill Financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• Willingness to obtain securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within 120 days.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills, with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Financial Advisors and Market Supervision Managers on client servicing, risk, investments, and banking products.
• Provides excellent client service and educates clients on bank offerings.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of client materials and requests.
• Maintains alignment with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management.
• Identifies and deepens client relationships by promoting banking solutions within the FA’s practice.
• Performs general business growth support for multiple Financial Advisors.
