Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance hurdles.
• Source clients, leverage referrals, assess needs, and propose customized solutions.
• Recommend investment products aligned with client objectives and risk profile.
• Balance growth, referrals, follow-up, and development in daily/long-term planning.
• Organize resources to run a productive practice; collaborate with specialists.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
