Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management division seeks candidates for the Advisor Development Program to become Financial Advisors through structured training, hands‑on client work, and collaboration with banking and investment partners.

You will build a client book, source prospects through networking and referrals, and learn to tailor investment solutions while meeting regulatory requirements. A Series 7/66 license and a bachelor’s degree are commonly pursued during the program.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66)
• 1+ year experience in financial services or sales with goals met
• 1+ year experience in investments with product knowledge
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offering
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable investment products
• Document all client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
