Soltis Investment Advisors, LLC in Washington, DC / Baltimore seeks a Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow the firm’s presence in expansion markets. You will lead a local team, convert leads into client relationships, and complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification.

The role features a base salary with uncapped variable compensation, opportunities to host client events, build centers of influence, and deliver tailored investment portfolios.

Qualifications

• Series 65 registration required.
• 2–3 years in financial services.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close business.
• Resilience, self-direction, and growth mindset.
• Established local market presence and professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute four growth strategies funded by the firm.
• Convert opportunities into funded client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification.
• Host at least six client/prospect events annually.
• Maintain strong client retention and conduct regular portfolio reviews.
• Guide clients through complex financial planning needs.
• Develop customized portfolios with equities, bonds, ETFs, and alternatives.
• Develop local centers of influence and referral sources.
• Lead a local team including an Analyst and a Client Relationship Manager.
