Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors, LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow the firm’s presence in expansion markets. You will execute growth strategies funded by the firm, convert opportunities into lasting client relationships, and complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification to liaise with Fidelity branches your office covers.

You’ll host client events, deliver portfolio reviews, and mentor junior staff as part of a collaborative wealth management team,

Qualifications

• Series 65 registration is required.
• Two to three years in financial services.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close business.
• Willingness to travel; onboarding at corporate offices in St. George, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Execute four growth strategies in your market, funded by the firm.
• Convert opportunities into funded, lasting client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and liaison with Fidelity branches.
• Host a minimum of six client and prospect events annually with firm support.
• Maintain strong client retention through responsive service and regular portfolio reviews.
• Guide clients through complex financial planning needs and develop customized investment portfolios.
• Develop centers of influence locally (accountants, attorneys, referral sources).
• Lead a local team (Analyst and Client Relationship Manager) and mentor the Analyst.
