Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve Citi’s investment and/or banking clients via phone and email.
• Articulate value propositions and match clients with appropriate products and services.
• Escalate or refer opportunities to segment partners when needed.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and timely responses to service requests.
• Maintain regulatory and firm policy compliance and end-to-end issue resolution.
