Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director to lead and grow a high-performing advisory team while continuing to manage your own client practice. You will recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, shaping the firm’s growth trajectory while maintaining a client-focused leadership approach.

The role leverages WealthBridge’s long-standing platform and brand strength to empower your leadership style and strategic vision for expansion in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
