Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position is ideal for an experienced advisor who has built a personal practice and is ready to take on leadership focused on team development and growth.

As MD, you will continue your own client work while building and guiding a high-performing team. You’ll recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, embedding a culture of excellence and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not held.
• Proven client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
