Job summary

OAS Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc is seeking a Senior Director, FP&A (Wealth) to partner with the Wealth Management President and leadership team. You will forecast, analyze deal economics, and own executive reporting to support growth and profitability.

You will lead a small FP&A team, shape financial direction, and ensure the integration of AUM, net flows, and pricing into a defendable, clear view for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of corporate or FP&A experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
• Proactive business partner on complex, ambiguous problems, not just reporting.
• Strong command of deal, pricing, revenue, and incentive economics in subscription/financial services models.
• Wealth management experience with asset flows and how they drive revenue.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• Experience at high-growth, PE-backed, or FinTech companies preferred.
• Familiarity with AI in finance applications (automation, forecasting, reporting).
• Hands-on with Workday and Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance partner to the President of Wealth Management, surfacing risks, opportunities, and solutions ahead of the business.
• Turn open, ambiguous questions into clear analysis and a recommended action for the business.
• Own the financial understanding of Wealth sales compensation: forecast comp expense and advise on plan design.
• Lead the financial evaluation of strategic deals, partnership restructures, and retention plays.
• Define the methodology and guardrails for evaluating non-standard pricing and contract terms.
• Quantify in-year and run-rate impacts of pricing and contract changes.
• Own the Wealth forecasting cadence and long-range model integrating AUM, flows, rate, and product mix.
• Lead monthly business reviews and provide insights on drivers and variances.
