Job summary

Integrity is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Senior Director to lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated reporting. You will manage a team of FP&A professionals and partner with senior leadership to drive cost efficiency and growth for the organization.

You will work with BI tooling and ERP systems to deliver accurate analyses and executive-ready dashboards, reporting to the CFO of Wealth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 10+ years in FP&A or related field with 3–5 years in people management.
• Extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel for large data sets.
• ERP familiarity with OneStream and Oracle EPM/HFM systems.
• Proven ability to develop executive presentations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of FP&A managers and analysts to high performance.
• Oversee monthly financial models, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Build and enhance financial systems and processes.
• Manage annual budget and forecasting for ~10 business units.
• Provide financial presentations to senior management and board.
• Advise leaders on cost management and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting, BI, People & Culture, and Legal teams.
