Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• US Registered FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 66/65 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-rate service to Citi's Investment and Banking clients via inbound/outbound calls and email.
• Articulate business value and match clients with appropriate product and service sets.
• Own client requests end to end with a closed-loop resolution and timely responses.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and adherence to FINRA and firm policies.
• Use Salesforce for issue tracking and coordinate with back-office teams.
