Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in proactive, successful sales and service role in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and deepen relationships with clients through proactive outbound and inbound contacts to gain incremental wallet share.
• Engage with clients to transition those who benefit from digital solutions.
• Respond to referrals and recommend best offering based on profiling and suitability.
• Anticipate client financial needs and offer holistic solutions across products and services.
• With product specialists, assess banking, credit, life insurance, and investment needs.
• Assist with investment tasks (account modifications, applications, guidance, issue resolution).
• Articulate value proposition for Citi programs and digital platforms.
• Provide support and issue resolution for digital and dedicated advisory clients.
• Track client interactions and update records, monitor progress.
• Source and expand customer relationships by maximizing sales and service opportunities.
• Make securities recommendations using firm models & research.
