Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a dedicated Operations Liaison to support brokerage and client services, focusing on updating and organizing client and office files while acting as a bridge between clients, Financial Advisors, and back-office operations.

The role requires five years in financial services, FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63), and Virginia Life & Health licenses, with strong math, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some higher education preferred.
• Minimum of five years in financial services supporting a Financial Advisor.
• FINRA registrations (Series 7 and 63) and Virginia Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding client experience.
• Maintain and service client needs for both brokerage and direct accounts.
• Communicate with teammates inside and outside the corporation to exchange information and provide customer service.
• Establish, maintain and update department files and client files and records.
• Compile data and perform moderate mathematical calculations for reports and correspondence.
