Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Client Assistant position to act as a liaison between clients, Financial Advisors, and back-office operations. The role includes updating and organizing branch and client files, and assisting with reports and correspondence.

The candidate will maintain client service for brokerage and direct accounts, compile data, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Five years in financial services and FINRA Series 7/63 plus VA Life & Health licenses are

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School diploma; some higher education preferred.
• Minimum of five years in financial services supporting a Financial Advisor.
• FINRA licenses Series 7 and 63 and VA Life and Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, Financial Advisors, and back-office operations.
• Maintain and service client needs for brokerage and direct accounts.
• Update and organize department and client files and records.
• Compile data and perform moderate mathematical calculations for reports and correspondence.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
