Atlantic Union Bank in Norfolk, VA seeks a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to act as a liaison between clients, Financial Advisors, and back-office operations. You will manage client files, update records, and support both brokerage and direct accounts.

The role requires strong Excel and MS Office skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multi-task while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; some higher education preferred.
• Minimum of five years in financial services supporting a Financial Advisor.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations and VA Life & Health licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customers receive outstanding client experience.
• Maintain and service client needs for brokerage and direct accounts.
• Communicate with teammates to exchange information and provide customer service.
• Establish, maintain and update department/client files and records.
• Compile data and perform moderate math calculations for reports.
• Adhere to company policies and applicable laws/regulations.
• Mentor Client Assistant I position.
• Other duties as assigned and may be changed.
