Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank seeks a seasoned Client Assistant to act as a liaison between clients, financial advisors, and back-office teams at our Fredericksburg branch. The role supports brokerage and direct accounts, updating client files and producing essential reports.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in financial services supporting a Financial Advisor, and hold Series 7/63 and Virginia Life & Health licenses. Strong communication and organizational skills are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years supporting a Financial Advisor in financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 and State VA Life/Health licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, Financial Advisors, and back-office operations.
• Maintain and service client needs for brokerage and direct accounts.
• Communicate with teammates and others to exchange information and provide service.
• Establish and update department/client files and records.
• Prepare reports and correspondence with basic data calculations.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Mentor Client Assistant I position.
• Other duties as assigned to support essential functions.
