Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Client Experience Director in West Conshohocken, PA to cultivate new individual prospect relationships and support growth initiatives in wealth management.

You will drive engagement with externally sourced prospects, collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients, and manage the pipeline with metrics while reporting key business development indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business/Finance or related field.
• MBA/CFP advantageous but not mandatory.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, and relationship mgmt in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement with prospective clients sourced externally.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless onboarding of new prospects.
• Manage prospect pipeline with activity-based metrics and engagement quality.
• Track and report key business development metrics such as pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
