Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA/CFP designation advantageous.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, and relationship management in financial services or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory environment.
• Experience with client conversion processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement with prospective clients sourced externally through defined inbound and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new prospects.
• Manage the prospect pipeline effectively using activity-based metrics and qualitative engagement.
• Track and report key business development metrics such as pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
