Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Wealth Brokerage Onboarding and Transition Manager to lead the on-site execution of onboarding events for newly recruited Financial Advisors or teams. You will report to the Truist Wealth Onboarding Manager and develop and train onboarding specialists to assist newly recruited Financial Advisors or teams.

Responsibilities include managing transitions, coordinating with key partners, serving as project manager during onboarding, and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of broker/dealer or financial services industry experience.
• FINRA SIE, 7, 66, 24 examinations (or ability to acquire within 120 days).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (1–7 weeks at a time).

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects of transitioning the business and coordinate activities of key individuals.
• Serve as the Project Manager during onboarding events and handle troubleshooting.
• Ensure onboarding activities comply with industry protocols and minimize litigation risk.
• Develop Wealth Brokerage Onboarding Specialists and support staff for onsite events.
• Track asset acquisition, client documentation, and adjust transition strategies over ~3 months.
• Coordinate recruiting visits to the home office and secure commitments.
• Document operational processes and create training materials for advisors.
• Maintain living documents for onboarding events and recruit visits.
• Provide onsite support during transitions (1–7 weeks), including nights and weekends.
• Develop and deliver ad hoc trainings for systems and procedures.
