Job summary

Northern Trust, a global leader in wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking, seeks a seasoned client‑servicing professional to handle complex WM inquiries and help implement banking solutions for new and existing clients.

You will coordinate with CSST and underwriting teams, gather financial information, and ensure accurate documentation to support loan opportunities and ongoing client servicing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience, or equivalent, in financial servicing/accounting fields with client servicing background.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is required.
• Knowledge of internal banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial contact for complex client inquiries for banking products and services.
• Assist with creating and implementing complex banking solutions for new and existing WM clients.
• Coordinate with CSST to execute daily client transaction activity and credit underwriting process.
