Job summary

Sia is seeking a Manager to lead Wealth & Asset Management engagements, driving strategy, operating model transformation, AI and data modernization for global asset managers and custodians. You will leverage deep ops expertise across trade lifecycle, onboarding, and post-trade processes to deliver client-focused solutions.

The role requires strong consulting and delivery leadership with ability to communicate technical concepts to senior stakeholders and to guide end-to-end client and investment

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth/asset management operations and vendor solutions.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.
• Knowledge of client onboarding, KYC/AML, custody and fund accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements on strategy, operating model transformation, AI and data modernization.
• Address end-to-end client lifecycle: onboarding to reporting and settlements.
• Engage with regulators, risk, and technology stakeholders.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
• Coach teams and model leadership through project delivery.
