Job summary

Sia, a global management consulting group, seeks a Senior Manager for its Wealth & Asset Management practice in the United States. You will lead client engagements on strategy, operating model transformation, AI, data and technology modernization for global asset managers, custodians and banks.

The ideal candidate brings deep wealth and asset management operations experience, strong consulting and delivery leadership, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Engineering or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting or industry in Wealth Management / Asset Management or relevant roles in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Sales and Trading, Fixed Income, Equities, Middle Office or Asset Servicing.
• Direct, working knowledge of wealth and asset management operations, platforms, and vendor solutions across portfolio management, IBOR/ABOR, OMS/EMS, trading and middle-office workflows, custody, performance and attribution, alternatives, ETFs, managed accounts, reconciliations, exceptions, and operational controls.
• Strong industry knowledge across wealth and asset management, with the ability to confidently discuss wealth platforms, SMA/UMA models, investment operations, trading workflows, AI use cases, and operating model transformation.
• Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to originate new business opportunities and create new revenue streams by identifying client needs, developing relationships, shaping consulting solutions, and converting opportunities into sold work.
• Consulting Skillset: Strong communications skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, teamwork, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wealth and asset management operations expertise across onboarding to reporting.
• Understand operational requirements of products and services across equities, fixed income and funds.
• Explain complex wealth and asset management concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Identify end-to-end client and investment lifecycle impacts.
• Understand regulatory and control environment in wealth operations.
• Support defining wealth operation strategies, roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Identify and develop client opportunities, cross-sell and shape solutions.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate consultants and managers.
• Represent Sia externally and lead by example.
