Job summary

Sia is a next-generation global management consulting group seeking a Manager in Wealth & Asset Management (FSI) in New York. The role focuses on strategy, operating model transformation, AI, data and technology modernization across global asset managers, custodians, and institutional banks and providers.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in wealth and asset management operations, strong consulting and delivery leadership, and 7+ years of experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth and asset management operations, platforms, and vendor solutions across portfolio management, IBOR/ABOR, OMS/EMS, trading and middle-office workflows, custody, performance and attribution.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership capabilities are required.
• Sales & business development experience to originate opportunities and develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wealth and asset management operations expertise across client onboarding, KYC/AML, portfolio administration, trade support, and reconciliations.
• Understand product and service requirements for equities, fixed income, funds, ETFs, custody, and related solutions.
• Translate complex concepts to senior stakeholders and define end-to-end client lifecycle from onboarding to reporting.
• Shape delivery approaches, roadmaps, and vendor considerations for client solutions.
• Lead and mentor consultants, contribute to recruiting and capability-building.
