Job summary

Sia, a global management consulting group, seeks a Senior Manager for Wealth & Asset Management in New York. You will lead engagements spanning strategy, operating model transformation, AI, data, and technology modernization across asset managers, custodians, and institutions.

The ideal candidate has deep WM/AM operations expertise, strong consulting and delivery leadership, and a track record of driving client value in complex engagements. Onsite work in NY with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting or financial services.
• Direct knowledge of wealth and asset management operations, platforms, and vendor solutions across portfolio management, IBOR/ABOR, OMS/EMS, trading and middle-office workflows.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wealth and asset management operations expertise across onboarding, KYC/AML, portfolio administration and processing.
• Understand product suites and client solutions including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs and custody services.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
• Map end-to-end client and investment lifecycle, from onboarding to reporting and settlement.
• Navigate regulatory, risk and control considerations in wealth/asset management operations.
• Shape client solutions, roadmaps, and adoption plans with vendors and platforms.
