Job summary

Sia is seeking a Manager in Wealth & Asset Management to lead client engagements on strategy, operating model transformation, and data/AI modernization for global asset managers and custodians.

The role requires deep expertise in wealth and asset management operations, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, risk controls, and client servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting or financial services.
• Direct knowledge of wealth and asset management operations and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on strategy, operating model transformation, AI, data and technology modernization.
• Demonstrate expertise in wealth and asset management operations across trade lifecycle and middle office.
• Translate complex concepts for senior business, operations, risk and regulatory stakeholders.
• Define client strategies, roadmaps and delivery approaches for solution architectures.
• Develop teams, mentor consultants and contribute to firm leadership.
