Job summary

Nuveen seeks a VP, Wealth Alternatives Product Manager to oversee real estate wealth offerings, including non-traded REITs and 1031/DST programs. You will manage product lifecycle, drive go-to-market initiatives, and act as SME for distribution and internal partners.

The role requires deep real estate knowledge, tax-aware investing, and the ability to translate complex information into clear narratives that support AUM growth and P&L management.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, consulting, institutional allocation or alternatives.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within 120 days.
• CFA or CAIA designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the product lifecycle for real estate wealth offerings, including execution and positioning.
• Own day-to-day product management for a product lineup with stakeholder communication.
• Lead competitive, market and regulatory intelligence to inform strategy and training.
• Serve as SME for distribution, investment, marketing and operations.
• Support go-to-market execution, including advisor communications and market penetration.
