Blackstone Private Wealth seeks a Vice President, Product Specialist to be the subject-matter expert for 1031 exchange and tax-deferred real estate solutions. You will support fundraising, advisor engagement, and ongoing product education by partnering with Real Estate investment teams and Private Wealth sales professionals.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex structures into advisor- and client-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with 1031 exchanges and tax-deferred real estate structures for high-net-worth investors.
• Deep knowledge of DST offerings and 721 UPREIT strategies.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex investment concepts for advisors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary product specialist for 1031 exchange real estate strategies within Private Wealth.
• Deliver presentations to investors and financial advisor partners on 1031 exchanges, DSTs, and UPREIT strategies.
• Coordinate with Real Estate investment teams and Sales to develop product positioning and messaging.
