Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, institutional allocation, product development/management, or alternatives
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain within 120 days from start date
• CFA or CAIA designation strongly preferred
• Technical proficiency in real estate, tax-deferral/1031 programs, and semi-liquid structures, including '33 Act and exempt offerings
• Strong market intelligence, financial acumen, and ability to translate competitive dynamics into actionable product strategy
• Experience supporting product development, product positioning, stakeholder education, and client-facing materials
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences
• Collaborative self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities across teams and product lines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing product lifecycle for real estate wealth offerings, including product execution, enhancements, and positioning
• Own day-to-day product management for a specified product lineup, including stakeholder communication, reporting, and issue resolution
• Lead competitive, market and regulatory intelligence to inform product strategy, positioning, training, and enhancements
• Serve as a subject matter expert for distribution, investment, marketing, operations and other stakeholders, supporting education, due diligence, and client engagement
• Support go-to-market execution, including advisor communications, training, product adoption initiatives, and market penetration efforts
• Create clear, concise materials that synthesize product, market, and performance information for internal and external audiences
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics and recommend improvements to senior management and cross-functional partners
• Contribute to product ideation and development by partnering with investment and product teams to evaluate market opportunities and new offering concepts
