Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks a Senior Manager for Wealth Business Development to drive growth in the US Wealth channel. You will partner with external sales, secure platform approvals, maintain CRM data and lead outreach to Enterprise RIAs, delivering compelling presentations, webinars and events to showcase Real Assets, Green Investments and Private Credit.

Role requires 10+ years in wealth distribution, Series 7/63/65 licenses, and a data-driven, client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ success driving product approvals and asset growth in the US Wealth channel with relevant licenses (Series 7, 63, 65).
• Experience in capital-raising, relationship management and enterprise RIAs within US markets.
• Strong data-driven approach and ability to craft client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Help secure platform approvals and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Drive business development by researching the US Wealth channel and coordinating outreach.
• Prepare high-impact presentations, webinars and events for product capabilities.
