• Provide financial planning advice and distribution of Mass Affluent products and referrals.
• Implement plans to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Territory management and alignment of store coverage to meet territory needs.
• Lead sales training and product expertise for the team.
• Travel extensively within the territory.
