Job summary

TD Wealth in Marlton, New Jersey is seeking a Financial Advisor Manager to directly supervise a team of Financial Advisors. You will lead hiring, onboarding and day-to-day performance management, ensuring suitability, product knowledge and compliant advisory activities.

The role partners with Retail and other partners to drive referrals, delivers planning and wealth solutions, and mentor the FA team through ongoing training, campaigns and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7–10+ years related experience preferred.
• Licenses: Life/Health, Series 65, 7 and 24 or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Financial Advisors (FAs) in assigned territory.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and mentor FAs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and suitability reviews.
• Drive referrals with Retail and other partners.
• Lead training programs and sales support for Mass Affluent products.
