Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position targets an experienced advisor who has built a personal book and now aims to lead a team, mentor peers, and drive long-term growth.

The MD will build and lead a team of seasoned advisors, recruit and mentor colleagues, and foster a high-performance culture while continuing personal client work and shaping the firm’s future direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
