Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a candidate for the Advisor Development Program – Financial Advisor. You will work with high-net-worth individuals, identifying needs, developing relationships, reviewing goals, and delivering tailored recommendations under mentorship from Merrill advisor teams.

This in-office program emphasizes training, ongoing education, and collaboration with banking and investment partners.

Qualifications

• Hold Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66) as required.
• Minimum one year in financial services or sales with targets met.
• Minimum one year in investments industry with training.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to establish trust.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about Merrill offerings.
• Highlight Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data per KYC to open accounts.
• Act as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable investments.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce accurately.
