Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management division is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor in the United States. The program trains you to identify client needs, develop relationships, review goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations for high-net-worth clients while being mentored by seasoned Merrill teams.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales
• Experience in investments and investment products
• Ability to engage and influence others
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
• Proven ability to source clients through prospecting and networking

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries related to Merrill offerings
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable investments
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
