Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for the Merrill Advisor Development Program, aiming to train Financial Advisors who work with high-net-worth clients to develop relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams and mentors to grow portfolio opportunities while following privacy and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales with results.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; strong listening and needs assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business; meet and exceed performance hurdles.
• Source clients, leverage referrals, assess needs, and tailor solutions.
• Recommend investment products aligned with client goals and risk profiles.
• Balance growth, referrals, follow up, and compliance in daily planning.
• Organize resources to run a productive practice; collaborate with specialists.
