Qualifications

• FINRA SIE certification is required.
• 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience.
• 2+ years experience in investments industry.
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within program time.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Source prospective clients and referrals, assess needs and tailor solutions.
• Recommend investment products aligned with client goals and risk profile.
• Balance growth, referrals, client follow-up, and compliance.
