Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Provide investment recommendations based on objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile, and preferences.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
