Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor. You’ll work with high-net-worth clients to identify needs, develop relationships, review financial goals, and deliver tailored recommendations.

You’ll be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow your book of business, balance prospecting and client service, and complete required training and exams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and/or financial services experience.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) as required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads and explains Merrill offerings.
• Positions Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collects client profile data per KYC to open accounts.
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor and recommends suitable products.
• Documents client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
