Qualifications

• Currently holds Series7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Minimum one year experience in the financial services industry or sales environment.
• Proven ability to engage and influence others.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to work in a performance-tied compensation environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Recommend investment products suitable for client objectives.
• Handle inbound inquiries and position Merrill and Bank of America's capabilities.
• Organize and manage resources for a productive practice.
• Document client interactions within Salesforce accurately.
